Payment milestone: Uncle NFT confirmed receiving the $20 in Queen Black Salt’s wallet on October 8. This is an owner reported receipt; no transaction signature was provided here for independent chain verification.

1. Build the foundation Define the Black Salt universe, audience and 18+ entrance, then create Tube Defense, Signal Hunt, Throne Guard and the Expert Web3 challenge.
2. Connect identity Add Solana wallet discovery, mobile wallet options, signed login, age acknowledgement, saved wallet profiles, usernames, photos, badges and progress restoration.
3. Confirm entry Implement the one time $1 SOL arcade entry with an exact receiving address, wallet approval, chain confirmation and saved receipts. Keep token buys separate from entry.
4. Protect payment state Handle pending, failed and expired transactions; reject mismatched recipients and replayed receipts. Restore previously confirmed access before requesting another payment.
5. Add token tools Display Solana and token balances, add buy links and swap support, preserve Pump.fun referral code QueenBlackSalt and the separate SIT information page.
6. Build the media vault Add three entry videos, earned Expert footage, thumbnails, sound controls and muted looping scenes, with animated image fallbacks for restrictive mobile playback.
7. Extend chapters Add the Level 5 verified QR garden, $6 Level 6 living gallery, Level 6 future prize indicator and Chapter 7 The Switch. Continue with Level 8 Demon Time Mafia and $20 Chapter 9 The Birth of SIT, preserving each chapter’s access rules.
8. Create Queen services Add AI conversations, image replies, custom video requests, credit packs, free trial rules and the exchange of five text credits for one image. Credits and chapter access are separate records.
9. Support practical work Add private document tools, read aloud, study assistance, paid consultation intake and the $10 live call request with Uncle NFT. Payment completion precedes the consultation contact handoff.
10. Open the Office Create a separate professional workspace with saved drafts, wallet login, customization, private uploads, a document shelf and setup requests. Reuse Arcade Queen credits while keeping Office access separate.
11. Develop the incubator Create Black Egg incubation imagery, NFT artwork handoff to the Queen and saved metadata drafts. Explain manual artwork hosting and blockchain minting; staking and funded rewards remain proposals.
12. Connect BOFE Build the public Based on False Events apparel concept store and lore lounge, research print on demand options and add a prominent incubator portal. Product checkout is not live.
13. Add the White Room Preserve Level 10 receipt tools and add a $10 SOL assessment for 30 days, eight reviewed checkpoints, project blueprints and screenshot feedback. Conversation credits remain separate; graduation has no minimum spending requirement.
14. Show community evidence Place two supplied UDT gifts and a separate SOL transfer in the Queen opening sequence and community highlights. Keep the creator trading snapshot separate and label captured dollar values as estimates.
15. Polish the experience Refine mobile and desktop layouts, looping media, glass edge lighting, reduced motion support, ordered chapter cards and shared footer notes.
16. Freeze this checkpoint Move the existing Arcade opening video above Start Here. Add this closed text dropdown to every connected page. Preserve all application scripts, payment handlers, wallet settings, prices, credits, games and saved data.

Build your own version Start with the audience and a small playable prototype. Separate identity, payment receipts, progress, credits and media access. Keep receiving addresses and rules in explicit configuration. Never copy private member records or secrets. Test wrong amounts, wrong recipients, pending payments, repeated receipts and returning members before release. Use your own licensed artwork, wallets and credentials. Save source and database migration history before every release; restoring code alone does not restore member data.

Version 145 verification 29 of 34 Arcade automated suites passed, including wallet connection, signed login, entry payment checks, recovery, credits, consultations, NFT drafts and Chapters 8 through 10. Office account, payment, upload and privacy checks passed. Five existing Arcade suites need test maintenance: mission progress, clean Arcade, trial, companion UI and image replies. Failures include incomplete browser mocks and expectations that differ from current free trial and image allowances; these checks are not marked passed. Live database overviews were readable. Recent Office logs had no errors; Arcade logs showed unauthenticated restore requests returning 401 and a canceled favicon request, with no worker exception in the returned sample. Actual device playback and new live AI deliveries still need human verification.
